Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states from our international fulfillment center. Shipping is free on every order and delivery takes 7-15 business days after the order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days).

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at support@purroam.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
