Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

7-15 business days with free tracked shipping to the US. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Will my cat fit?

It's 27.5 inches across (70 cm), roomy for most adult house cats to stand, turn and lie down. Very large breeds may find it snug.

Can I leave my cat alone in it?

No. It's designed for supervised time outside: stay close, keep it on flat ground and bring it indoors in bad weather.

How does it fold?

Like a pop-up sunshade: hold two hoops, twist and fold into a flat disc. It takes a couple of tries the first time.

What if it arrives damaged or my cat doesn't use it?

If it arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@purroam.com and we'll replace it or refund you, no need to send it back. You can also return it unused within 30 days (return shipping paid by the customer).
